Returns
You have 7 days from the delivered date of your order to return your purchase from Inssadeo.com.
We do not provide Returns nor Exchanges for International Orders.
Return shipping fee - S$ 5
Return packaging and shipping fee are payable by you.
You may drop off your return package at any Singpost POPStation. Location map HERE.
The items must have all their labels/packaging and be in perfect condition.
- Products in their original, new condition – free from marks, make-up, scuffs, odours.
- Tags and labels are attached and undamaged.
If the product appears to be used, damaged or does not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
- Any items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to the customer without a replacement.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly to avoid losing the item(s).
- The costs incurred in the return of the product such as return packaging are payable by you.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
Exchanges
We allow a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE for each transaction and every exchange transaction is final(No further refund/exchange). Shipping fees will be waived for exchanges.
- Item exchanged must be of the same item or higher value, you will have to pay for the difference in amount.
We do not provide Returns nor Exchanges for International Orders.
Defective item
We take the utmost care in ensuring our goods are of high quality. However, if you happen to receive a defective item, please contact us within the established return period.
